RAY OF HOPE
The second pillar is ensuring youth participation in the decision making process. The organization ensures that the youths are not only involved in decision making but also have an equal say in the process. This involves creating opportunities for young people to have access to information, engage in dialogue, and make their views known.
This helps to promote a culture of youth empowerment and ensure that the young people have a meaningful role in shaping their communities and the world around them.
The third pillar of the organization is imparting skills and providing livelihood opportunities. Ray of Hope Organization understands that in order for the youths to be successful, they need to have access to job skills and opportunities.
